South Coast Solar installed solar panels in Sierra Leone, West Africa to provide reliable electric power to the Tulane University Lassa Fever research facility. The system is designed to provide continuous power and reduce operating costs associated with diesel generators.
Andrew H. Wilson Elementary School had South Coast Solar install this SunPower 5.04 kW solar PV system in 2009 using SunPower’s 315 watt panels.
This 28 kW thin film solar PV installation was completed by South Coast Solar in 2009 using Uni-Solar thin film technology.
The Meadowbrook Apartment complex installed this SunPower 22.77 kW solar PV system to their building in Slidell, Louisiana. Their system was completed by South Coast Solar in 2009 using SunPower’s 230 watt panels.
South Coast Solar was a proud participant in Brad Pitt’s Make It Right Foundation’s “Pink Houses” Project in the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans, completed in 2008. Over 250 solar panels were installed to provide electricity for the nighttime lighting.
The Marshall family installed this ground-mounted SunPower 6 kW PV solar system to their home in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Their system was completed by South Coast Solar in 2008 using SunPower’s 230 watt white grid panels.
