Before attending graduate school, Landon’s background was diverse and included 8 years of experience working in construction, photography, advertising and graphic design as well as managing two successful retail businesses. He is extremely passionate about energy efficiency in new and existing homes and businesses as well as renewable energy.

Landon got his Master’s degree for the sole purpose of pursuing a career in solar. After completing his education in North Carolina and meeting and marrying a native New Orleans girl, he had great opportunities to work for Appalachian State University as an instructor and researcher , and industry leader Honeywell Utility Solutions Group. Wanting to move closer to his wife’s family and to purse his passion in renewable energy, South Coast Solar’s reputation and experience made it his first choice of places to work.
